All due respect that dude seemed like he lives for something to whine about, Talon is just a man of the people

I will not partake in this mudslinging. This is the day the people lost control to the higher ups. Oh, the humanity.

Song's alright.

@Relinquished & Talons it's cool guys haha

It sounds alright, but it's not the most exciting song either.

[2] So he is not changing the sound from currents at all..

Though improved synth textures and percussion. But yeah a bit underwhelmed by the vocals and effing over use of the phaser.

feels more like 90s house so I def think he changed it up a bit

Lol @ people complaining that this sounds like Currents when Lonerism was literally an upgraded version of Innerspeaker.

this song has zero progression

he really milked that beat without switching it up enough imo, weak chorus

good thing the beat's good though cant wait for new TI

This feels like psych-yacht-disco to me, but I'm into it.

It kinda sounds like adult child/love you era beach boys with way more psychedelic production

I think this band is pretty overrated. I hate to be that guy (well, let's be honest I do enjoy it) but yeah they are very overrated. It's very simplistic music and it isn't even really interesting as far as the tones or chords.

Doesn't have to be highbrow. At least a band this popular has decent material. Though a few duds starting popping up on currents, and as a whole felt less passionate.
