Witnesses, a New York outfit initially inclined towards ambient/cinematic music, ventures into epic/atmospheric doom metal with its new release To Disappear and to Be Nothing, streaming at the band's official Bandcamp account.

This sounds really good, and the whole album costs only a dollar... Wow.

It's good indeed, this type of clean vocals is unusual for epic doom and forms a nice contrast with the music, which is also reminiscent of '90s doom/death metal minus the growls, for example My Dying Bride.
