Right Said Fred return

2018-05-29 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 8 Comments
Right Said Fred, the 90s dance-pop band best known for 1992 hit "I'm Too Sexy", have returned to record the official anthem for the ConIFA World Cup 2018 - an alternative to the FIFA World Cup for unrecognised states or stateless peoples who aren't represented by FIFA such as Tibet, or Tamil refugees who fled Sri Lanka.

This year's tournament will be hosted in London, and sponsored by betting firm Paddy Power, who approached Right Said Fred to record "Bring the House Down" for the competition. A music video was shot on location at some of the competing nations. The band had returned to the spotlight in 2017 after helping to write the Taylor Swift song "Look What You Made Me Do".
