FATA staying together

2006-04-14 by Stormy Smiley Face | 13 Comments
Many thought that after the release of the highly anticiapated album, "Abandon Your Friends", From Autumn To Ashes would break up, and for a while they did. However, drummer, and singer Fran Mark openly states on the bands official website that From Autumn To Ashes shall remain together.

"Breaking up is the easy way out. I'd rather look at all the bad
decisions that have been made and try to fix them."

The Metalcore/Post-Hardcore unit will be playing all of the 2006 Warped Tour, and are currently writing new material for their fourth full-length album; no release date has been announced.

Sigh. Too much hate in this world. If you don't like a band, fine, but I'm always confused how people always wish worse things for no apparent reason.

Abandon your friends was a terrible album.

How? And please give me a reason besides that there is little screaming on it.This Message Edited On 04.16.06

Abandon Your Friends was no Too Bad You're Beautiful because that had great musicianship, and it definitely isn't a Fiction We Live in terms of "Ballads". But Abandon Your Friends isn't all that bad though.

It was pretty lackluster, I thought. I liked the title track and Where To Draw The Line, but the rest left me cold.

Where To Draw The Line was a very misleading song. AYF could have been a classic if every song was like it.

From Autumn to Ashes kicks total ass. Sure their older albums are probably better but it's kind of hard to beat their old stuff. Im goin to warped tour in like 12 days or something and im excited as hell because From Autumn to Ashes is going to be there.
