Hopefully better than La Gorgola, 2016 is shaping up great.

'A heavier and more industrial sound'
Hmmm, I dunno about this. Maybe a nice mix up for the direction of the band. Nice title.
| |
They should call up Page Hamilton and have him guest on some tracks.
| |
didn't they just release an album damn fti is gonna be STOKED
| |
as long as he can manage
to pick up
ALL
THESE
NERDS
| |
"A heavier and more industrial sound"
hell yeah
| |
Will check, La Gargola is cool
| |
nice, sounds like a cool direction.
| |
Excited for this. La Gargola is actually one of their weaker albums in my opinion, so it'll be nice to see a new direction for the band.
| |
Kinda worries me when the album turnover is this fast. Oh well, they're good at the whole consistency thing.
| |
"A heavier and more industrial sound"
so they'll sound exactly the same as ever
| |
"A heavier and more industrial sound"
ewwww
| |
This is the shit I wait for. Chevelle albums releases are a big fucking deal with me
| |
aigh
| |
So basically the entire album is gonna sound like JawBreaker
| |
oh god no
| |
A heavier sound is good with me. Although I'm not sure how I feel about industrial.
| |
WAAAAANTS THE FAG, HEAAAAAVY ACES
| |
They didn't just release an album so album turnover is not fast, for them. This is the same length of time between albums as all their others.
| |
I loved Gargola, so I'm pretty hyped for this.
| |
All the same, I wish it was slower.
| |
It wouldn't change the album.
| |
La Gargola is amazing! Can't wait to hear this.
| |
k.
| |
Since we only hear the final product, we'd never really know.
| |
Huh. That didn't take too long.
| |
and already someone 5's it
| |
just make more songs like family system and i'll be happy
| |
Most consistent rock band ever
| |
La Gargola might've been their best album if it weren't for dogshit production. I could hear the guitars loudly clipping on my old car's terrible stereo system. That's REALLY bad.
With better production and stronger songwriting this *might* be worth a listen. Might.
| |
coooooooooool
| |
"I could hear the guitars loudly clipping on my old car's terrible stereo system. "
maybe it was the stereo system
| |
La Gorgola and Sci FI Crimes are pretty sweet albums for the kind of music they play. I'll be looking forward to this.
| |
'A heavier and more industrial sound'
they said the same thing about la gorgola right?
still good news
| |
Will probably be good.
| |
Stoked
| |
Damn these guys don't stop
| |
I wish I could still be into these guys, Sci-Fi crimes was pretty sweet but they have sounded pretty redundant to me since then.
| |
this band is so consistent. albums average will be between a 3.7-3.9.
ill def spin this. i dig chevelle every once in a while.
| |
why is this shit band in my discussions.
| |
probably cuz they're the opposite of shit.
| |
Well now that you've commented on this thread...
| |
Will probably sound mediocre like pretty much everything else they've done.
| |
I only really ever like 1-2 songs per album by these guys.
Jawbreaker was really annoying
| |
Jewbreaker is better
| |
excitement
| |
Yes. Yessssss.
| |
new song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmUJF6Z9tEo
| |
Its pretty good. Seems kinda weird at first but holy shit it picks up. Production sounds fucking tight too. La Gargola's production quality was almost as bad as the new Deftones' album. Almost.
| |
The new song is bad ass. This will be a great Chevelle album. The hype is here
