Please though, don't even say Fieldy is a good bass player, I can shit a better sound than what he has, and tuning the bass low and punching the strings isn't a good technique.

Fieldy isn't that good of a bassist, yes his tuning is atrocious and he cannot seem to break loose of that clicking sound. But KoRn needs to just start and going away from Nu Metal. Nu died a long time ago!
Going for a more proggresive and evolutionary sound may just happen to bring in more a crowd.
