Why can't any of the big festivals come to New York? I'd love to this, but would not like to go to Tennessee
| | | The Police
Tool
The Decemberists
The Flaming Lips
RX Bandits
The String Cheese Incident (I guess)
Franz Ferdinand ( I guess)
Gogol Bordello
Tortoise
Feist
Those are the bands I would see, not worth the trip though from Jersey.
| | | Tool, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and Aesop Rock.
Sucky list imo.
| | | Wolfmother, The White Stripes and Manu Chau and Kings Of Leon...thats about it
| | | String Cheese Incident, Tortoise, and Widespread Panic would be fun to see. This festival has seen better lineups though.
| | | The Decemberists, The Lips, Aesrizzle and DJ Shadow sound good... but imagine the swarms of Tool fanboys! the horror!
| | | Danny Carrey fanboy here.
| | | ^
Learn to spell his name then!
This is a great line up, I would kill for tickets.
| | | i only see maybe 9 or 10 bands i wouldnt love to see. this looks like it will be worth a trip from kentucky. though i dont really want my first experience of seeing Tool live to be at a festival.
| | | black keys, ratdog, north mississippi allstars, kings of leon... looks like a great lineup! I'm going to see if I can go this year.
