I can't recall them ever saying that. I've always heard them say they'll release it at some point in the future they just don't know when at the moment.

well that would be the ideal situation, but it might not be possible to do it like that. i think they just want to know what's going to happen before releasing it then go from there. but chino has said that it will definitely be out one day.
