ugh so generic
|
| |
Lol @ the interview.
God, was that unoriginal...
|
| |
Intro was awesome.
The rest is standard BTF.
|
| |
I really dug Witness back in '09. Let's see if Awakening doesn't turn out to be generic cookie-cutter metalcore. The single is pretty catchy, though.
|
| |
don't bands get fucking tired of writing the same song over and over?
|
| |
^do you get tired of writing the same comments over and over??
|
| |
i will 2 this so fucking hard, song is so overproduced i'm pretty sure they won't be able to pull it off live, not like they can do that with their other songs anyways
|
| |
Yeah the song blows and LOL at the interview as well.
|
| |
"^do you get tired of writing the same comments over and over??"
do you get tired of listening to 100 bands that all sound exactly the same?
|
| |
"I had the line “We are the promised ones” written in my phone for a while and I just built off of that. "
because that's a really creative, non-generic lyric.
|
| |
I liked His Last Walk, although, it was one of the first bands of that style I heard so it sounded original back then.
Their new stuff sounds so generic. Has anyone heard bottom feeder?
|
| |
album is gonna be a 3
|
| |
swear ive heard the harsh vocals somewhere else...ah this is going to piss me off
|
| |
Actual riffs
|
| |
not even going to listen to this. i liked a few tracks from witness, but bottomfeeder was awful.
|
| |
Can't stand the clean parts of the vocals. Agreed, very over produced. The riff sounded good and the attempted solo was a nice addition though.
|
| |
finally listened
it's the same fucking thing they've always written, and beau has gone way downhill
|
| |
I agree with you for once
|
| |
uggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Meh I'll still listen to it and jam hard.
|
| |
I have to say, they really should do something different for choruses. It's ALWAYS a rhythm part with some upper neck leads riffs played over and over. I swear they use the same leads in some parts. However, I still enjoy them because their songs are never that bad in general.
|
| |
Decent song. Nothing great, but they do their generic music well, in my opinion.
|
| |
I hate that bands feel forced to write a song about "staying" in the scene. They want to show that they're not going anywhere and this and that. Write something new, be creative. About the song, I always dug the screamer and Beau together, but I'm still a little meh on this song. Forced breakdown does not belong.
|
| |
pretty standard. Decent riff. Hate the cleans.
|
| |
The comments after the interview are even worse than the interview itself.
|
| |
Gay
|
| |
the band's core is good, but beau needs to leave
|
| |
"swear ive heard the harsh vocals somewhere else...ah this is going to piss me off"
beau screamed on a greeley estates track before... i think
|
| |
"swear ive heard the harsh vocals somewhere else...ah this is going to piss me off"
Jared (bassist) did i song with Greeley Estates "Swim for your lives" i believe
and I really didn't like this song ive been looking forward to this release for a year..now i wonder what this band would be like if Craig was still in it..after his latest ft in one of their live shows...im sure id b nothing short of amazing
