Song title is pretty fucking awesome
| |
The song is a lot better than Superimposer imo, even more stoked now. I've had this preordered for months.
| |
Song is fucking ACE
Title is knarly
| |
looking forward to hearing the album, i'll give this a listen later.
| |
Awesome. One of my favorite songs off the album.
| |
What a great title. I can't wait for this album.
| |
Song is fantastic, Song Title is fantastic, Album is fantastic, and because of this, I am fantastic.
| |
Why is this even an article? The album has been released.
| |
Not in teh US
| |
Awesome song title, song was pretty boring.
| |
lol song title
| |
Man, they weren't lying when they said it was going to be heavier than their other albums. Great song.
| |
They've done heavier songs than this one: A Homage To A Shame, Sleeping Dogs and Dead Lions, all the heavy parts on the Music For Nurses EP, etc. Mike said that one of the songs is the "heaviest, ugliest thing we've ever recorded" and i'm stoked to hear it. Don't think it was this one.
| |
^ That would be Part Cardiac, the first track. I haven't heard it yet, but I'm a geek and I read the official fan forum all day. I'm waiting for my CD to arrive. Should be this saturday. This wait is fucking killing me.
| |
Open the cd with their heaviest song eh? Ballsy move, I expected it to be in the middle of the album. But yeah these next eight days are going to kill me. This and the new Enslaved have been two of my most anticipated albums all year.
| |
Where did you order from?
| |
amazon.com but I live in the US at it doesn't come out till the 14th.
| |
Ahhhh. I live in the US as well, but I ordered the special edition CD with signed insert from Record Store. They shipped it out on the 4th. I'm expecting that it'll be here either on saturday or monday. Either way, it's far too long of a wait. Going to order the vinyl+tshirt package soon, though I don't know which special vinyl to get - the white or marble version.
| |
ah I should have gone for the vinyl/pack but I just put it in on amazon with a few other cds I had ordered.
| |
Can't go wrong ordering 'Size, no matter where it's from. I've gotta nab me a copy of Effloresce on vinyl.
| |
title is so awesome hahah
| |
i must be the only who thinks thats a stupid title
| |
^ you can fucking die.
| |
and on the actual album it's shortened to 'Build Us A Rocket Then"
| |
well i'm going to be correcting my itunes titles then haha.
song rules.
| |
woah that was awesome
| |
They officially shortened the title? That's lame. It's still going in on my itunes as "Rocket Building Cunt" when I get it.
Also i've had to have listened to it at least 10 times today.
| |
this band is way too under-rated imo
| |
I don't mind it at all, and i'm sure as hell they don't either. Don't think I can think of any other band as consistently good as them at the moment, not even fucking Opeth.
| |
Good stuff.
| |
band is enjoyable but bother me so much
| |
fucking nice
| |
Spare - why do they bother you?
| |
They probably bother Spare because he knows he will never be as good as oceansize.
| |
the unnecessarily awkward time signatures and average to bad lyrics mostly, actually. plus something about their production and songwriting annoys me. and they become kinda boring after a few listens.
other than that i like them though.
| |
^ *head explodes. fanboy dead*
| |
Part of what makes me enjoy them so much is how effortlessly they structure the time signatures in their songs. They don't feel as disjointed as they really are unless you really listen to them.
