wow, anyone remember when Victory was THE hardcore label? then it was a below average metalcore label, and now it's just a shitty metal label.

other than BTBAM and Darkest Hour Victory is a shitbox

I remember getting one of these after a Converge show.

It was like "Hey you need to wash the good metalcore from your mind with this."

BTBAM is too good to be on a label with those other bands.

Darkest Hour is good. Between the Buried and Me get old very quickly.

The only thing i can say about the quality of this sampler - LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Within the Ruins is the only other band worth a shit. I can't wait for their new album. Beercore ftw.

They're just a bunch of drunk dudes who happen to play music together. It's all about having fun. It doesn't hurt that they can play the shit out of their instruments.

Wretched is another good band on Victory!

I just checked their myspace and watched their update video. They were "On Tour as Fuck." I love it. At the very end of the video, they announce the new album and play a 5 second sample. You can't judge much from it, but it's sick none-the-less.

You just can't help but love those bastards.

Not to mention, the drummer of WTR is just about nasty. That dude can play.

No matter how good they are, they're signed to Victory... Which means, they're doomed. BTBAM is the only exception. I know how that label treats their artists. My boys band (Secret Lives of the Freemasnons) used to be sighed to them.

But on the real, besides BTBAM and Streetlight, I don't really give half a shit about any Victory band, and I feel kinda dirty for buying BTBAM and Streetlight CDs due to supporting the scuzzy bastard known as Tony Victory.
