Handful of interesting releases coming up. I'll be checking The Microphones and Glass Animals, then possibly others based on genre/artwork.

Never heard of him but I like that cover art and the country tag has me interested. Same with Jaye Jayle, that psychedelic country description sounds tasty. Hope it's something like Honey Harper.

I'll check Deep Purple.

Selbst - Relatos De Angustia (August 7th) also deserves to be mentioned. Solid BM.

ChoccyPhilly

hmm, maybe 2 or 3 that looks good here. Jason Molina could be very promising though

AxeToFall93

Stoked for the Aminé record.

@Sowing, Jason Molina is the guy behind Songs: Ohia and Magnolia Electric Co. He died in 2013, this is a posthumous release which I hadn't heard was coming out.

There's also new Onslaught album coming out on the 7th, as well as solo album of former The Enid vocalist. That is, unless you know something I don't, and it all got delayed because of covid-19/BLM protests/Godzilla coming out of the sea/whatever.

Always great listening to Jason Molina, god rest his soul

Nothing else looks too exciting - Washed Out are ok sometimes...

I've been avoiding Good Tiger's singles so I can hear the album start to finish... though releasing almost every single song, i could have pieced it together.

Some others look interesting, but nothing else too familiar for me. Discovery week.

"Same with Jaye Jayle, that psychedelic country description sounds tasty. Hope it's something like Honey Harper." lol hell no.

Will check Deep Purple out of sheer curiosity, Jaye Jayle and Jaga Jazzist should be good. I'll skim over the rest as usual.

Yes, but Fall of Troy says their new album is coming out on August 8th (not sure why they chose a Saturday).
