Review Summary: these wizards will make you jizzard
Dumgum Sint is an unusual genre. No one initally seeks it out on his own, yet those who hear its call are entranced, chosen specifically by the Dungeon. Invoked and siphoned by some of the original kvltists in Mortiis and Burzum, portals to the world of Dumgum Sint have since been opened across the globe, many such through accident and coincidence.
But no conjuration by the Wizards of Aldur is pure chance. On
Magician's Gambit their vast study of the ancient magicks discovered mere decades ago is highly evident, as they take hold of that raw energy and concentrate it into crystalline mana. There are spells suitable for summoning mighty but amicable monsters big and small, incantations to subdue the most rabid demons, and miraculous charms capable of inducing a good night's sleep. The Wizards have thought of it all, and rather than keep their arcane knowledge to themselves, they wish to share it here with you now.
Sit in
The Cave of the Council of the Gods and hear their wisdom, witness the great skill of a particular
Wizard in a Blizzard as he manipulates the harshest ice winds, and mourn at
The Ghost Ruins of Maragor lest you join their fate.
The Gift of Life is just that, while
The Vale of Ardur I recalls a certain other greenland known to the Hero of Time.
The Wizards have so mastered their craft they give you the opportunity to meet the serene
Aldur, Living God of the Vale himself, who bestows peace and joy upon all who visit. Experience and take part in the powerful
Hymns to Ul in Crystal Caverns, a spiritual rebirth not to be missed. Finally behold the historical
Wizard Duel in Dread City, a recorded vision salvaged from eons ago depicting the climax to the dimensions' most tumultuous era, a time gratefully beyond any mortal mnemonics. The Wizards have created an image so lucid you shall take oath it is real and happening before your very eyes and ears, but don't worry, the apparition has yet to manifest any observable side effects (disclaimer: beyond recurrent and habitual nightmares and a less symptomatic but somewhat troubling deluded entitlement to unmerited glory).
So come along and be party to
The Magician's Gambit, the most unexpected journey in recent memory.
