I'm a bit surprised nobody has reviewed Mr. Lif's new album. It's some pretty good hip-hop.

Thinking about reviewing the Nadja album but I feel weird reviewing a cover album.

I might do Great Northern. Of course, it's probably gonna be as boring as their debut and no one knows about them, so I'm not sure it's worth it at all.

I'm torn on Lif's album, it was solid I think, but the beats were kinda mediocre. Camera Obscura was solid, don't know if someone was planning on reviewing that or not.

Also, walletseller, I believe Cam is reviewing the new Nadja, just an fyi.

Oh man I didn't know that AAL was Tosin Abasi's band...crazy. Will definitely look into it to fulfill my quota for wanky guitar albums.

I agree, but I found myself hooked to it for like a week.

I hate that if this wasn't the Mars Volta it would blow my socks off. But it is... so I just don't know what to think. I do enjoy everything except Amputechre, however.

Same here. It's charming pop music to go back to when you get bored even after the addicting phase is over.
