I agree it’s not as good. A little too much pausing for emphasis. It created a weird like stop and go effect for me. That and it sorely missed some Isaac vocals.

i mean sure but they are very clearly using an octave shifter to go even lower at various points of these two singles. wouldn't say that criticism is unfounded at all. seems like every core band is doing that nowadays
