Ryan Clark/Jason Martin project 2015-09-23 by Toondude | 4 Comments | Demon Hunter frontman Ryan Clark and Starflyer 59 frontman Jason Martin have teamed up to create their newest project, Low & Behold. The duo, who started working together over seven years ago, have streamed their debut album, Uppers, on their bandcamp, while physical release is scheduled to be on October 31st.

I always thought Ryan had a good voice for post-punk music, but the instrumentation is way too clean imo. 'Blood Red' is probably the only bearable track here for me.

| | | I feel like Clark is doing a different vocal style than what he did on NYVES tbh. I feel like the whole "not as powerful" voice fits more with this kind of music. It's an interesting release and there are a few cool moments, but it's rather boring in the end.
