Okay, maybe "sucks" is too harsh. It's generic radio hard-rock circa early 2000s though. At least they're not nu-metal pseudo-rapping.

The song "Fear Hate Love" reminds me of "Firewell" by Jolly a little.

Why's it even matter if they're taken seriously or not as musicians? They made the album the wanted to make. I don't really like it, but attacking the band members themselves for their work is a really shallow thing to do

They recorded basic time keeping electronic drums first, then every other instrument wrote and recorded their parts. Then they deleted the electronic drums, a drummer came in to write and record drums as the final part of the album.

its not so much an ego thing but more of how much shit is being peddled as music, if you appreciate any sort of good music you would realize that if this is "the album they wanted to make" then these guys have no sense of what good music is till this very day (after 15+ years of making music), its either that or they just dont care and are looking to make money off of a market that is guaranteed to pay for shitty trendy music.

I liked Gravity but I'll admit it's one of the only films I'd say you have to see in 3D. Any other time I'd say 3D is a pointless gimmick but with Gravity it's perfect.
