Butch Walker posts new track 2011-08-01 by Jom | 5 Comments | Butch Walker has posted 'Day Drunk,' from his & The Black Widows' forthcoming record The Spade, on his official site. 'Day Drunk' is the second song to be released from The Spade, following 'Summer of '89.'
Walker wrote: "I wanna give you another little ditty from the record that no one else has heard yet. It’s a song called 'Day Drunk' and it's one of my personal favorites for personal reasons. I hope you enjoy it."
The Spade will be his second release with The Black Widows, and the group is offering three pre-order packages that involve the CD, vinyl, t-shirts, playing cards, signed lithographs, or some combination of the previous. He's also promised prizes for pre-ordering.
