yessssssss 9
& 6, 1
| | | just like the rest this list is weak AND NOT METAL!
| | | most interesting list yet
| | | Oh my goodness, a list that isn't really generic! I like this list best for that reason alone, even though I haven't heard much of this list. Though it is seriously missing TV on the Radio, and Nick Cave, and the Dodos, and Fleet Foxes.
Also, for eff sakes it doesn't need metal.
| | | Pretty surprising nice list. Great #1 choice.
| | | WhErez teH Uber MetUlz
| | | extremely happy to see DJ/Rupture even though it's #88
| | | they couldn't get the cd title right for number one...
| | | Nice list......
Everyone's gonna have different opinions concerning the order of course, but that's to be expected.
This is the first one I've seen isn't completely generic, like thebhoy said.
Oh and there's no metal because most, if not all, good metal bands aren't mainstream enough to be noticed by these critics. Just wait for the Decibel magazine list. It will have metal.
| | | Is it me, or are some of the album names listed incorrect:
For example; #1
| | | The other one I thought was incorrect is technically not I suppose, since they seem to have ranked the band's EP and not the LP. Whether that was on purpose or not, who knows.
| | | I am getting into #10
| | | i actually heard/liked a lot of these
| | | TEH METAALLLLLZ
WHERE IS IT?This Message Edited On 12.11.08
| | | oh cool grouper in the top #11
| | | Cool list man.
| | | Whoa! Variety. Where'd that come from?
Go Emusic and your apparently random number of "bests".
| | | the only band I've heard of here is Bon Iver :|
| | | ive been hearing lots of good things from this gaslight anthem band....
idk y i havent check them out yet...fkjsdlfkjds should do it now
| | | List is trying too hard to be diverse.
| | | blacklisted, gaslight anthem and bon iver, nice list
| | | 3. was originally released about 40 years ago or something; it's good however to see Rodriguez get some recognition recently outside of South Africa/Australia.
| | | 87, 84, 73, 69, 57, 50, 35, 13, 11, 6 are all great albums. havent heard much of the rest
| | | yessssssssssssssssss for 1
| | | Good to finally see Okkervil River on one of these lists.
