It Dies Today drop new song

2024-09-13 by BoatJones | 20 Comments
Metalcore band It Dies Today have released a 'new' track titled "Son of Dawn", which is actually an official studio version of a demo that surfaced online way back in 2014. The song is also the band's second new release since reforming, following "Buried by Black Clouds", which released almost exactly 1 year ago. There is no official word of any new album as of yet.

"Son of Dawn" can be listened to below.

Monster jam and an incredibly fitting time for a return. Feels like yesterday when I heard Threnody for the first time.

You gotta love how the mind works. I listened to this demo a bunch all those years ago, but haven't really since. Just played this and suddenly was able to recount the chorus immediately without any question. Wish I could remember more important things than this, but doesn't change how good the song is still

I hope they're working on a new full length. This style of metalcore is borderline extinct and idc what anyone says, it fucking rules and we need more of it.

WOW! This is crazy good. It boggles my mind when bands return after fricking 15 years and release an absolute banger of a song
