Thursday/CTTS tour!

2007-09-06 by StrizzMatik | 19 Comments
Circle Takes the Square has posted some more of the tour dates for their upcoming jaunt with Thursday. Though neither Thursday nor CTTS have confirmed it yet, rumours abound that the bill will also include Portugal. The Man. Besides the third band on the bill, there are big gaps in the schedule so far, so it's possible the bill may visit your city. Well, unless you live in Hawaii or something.

Thursday last released A City by the Light Divided in 2006 before parting ways with Island this past March; Kill the House Lights is due October 30 on Victory. Circle Takes the Square is also working on a new full-length, their last being 2004's critically-acclaimed debut As the Roots Undo.

Hmmm. I haven't heard Thursday (or at least not that I know of.) Perhaps I should check them out.
Whether they suck or not I'll still go to SF to see CTTS.

I'm going to take a wild guess:

There's no Wisconsin dates.

Thursday really are not my thing from what I've heard, but I've been loving CTTS for a while now so I'd still see it.

I'm so excited to see Thursday! Last time they came by me was the day I got all four wisdom teeth pulled so I missed them. I'm interested in seeing CTTS in a way as well.

I dunno about CTTS live, but I've seen Thursday twice (1st time with Thrice/Coheed and 2nd time with Rise Against) and they flat-out RULE live.

Baltimore is a possibility. It is the only weekend date that isn't like a 8 hour drive.
