sounds a lot like Lykaia, maybe a bit heavier, which is good. but it also feels drawn out. better vocal melodies and more dynamics/distinction between verses and chorus would help. also how many times will they use that rhythm from Opeth's Bleak on their choruses lol, pretty sure the opener on Lykaia has almost the same chorus riff

This sounds extremely generic honestly. The vocals are as boring as it gets for progressive metal, there is nothing about the drums that would ever make it clear that it is Lopez behind the kit, and the production is polished to a fault. I have yet to listen to the band, but I really hope that the rest of their material sounds radically different to this.

I wasn't impressed with this song but their last album was quite good so I'm holding out.
