Sounds like all midi and keyboard and could have been great if it had guitars or even a full orchestra (maybe). Feels too gimmicky, but I don't hate it completely.

Ehhh, it's decent, vocal spots aren't always used to the best extent but at least the lyrics are improved from Anarchy

Yeah it's better than anarchy which I guess is what I was hoping for.

I'm trying to enjoy this, but the production just seems so off.

It does seem better than Anarchy on first listen, but it still isn't anything great.

I look forward to listening to this once and never hearing it again fully, then listening to bits and pieces and hating it still. Just like Anarchy.

Judas Decapitation and the instrumentation especially on the title track are so horrendously awful,
fuck. Haven't gotten to finish the album yet but I really love the first 2 tracks and Push, and the
rest is actually pretty solid. I expected this to be a hilarious trainwreck, so i'm pleasantly
surprised. Fuck Max so fucking hard for naming the super shitty saccharine husband/wife duet The Shape
of Love to Come tho.

Album's much better than Anarchy, but if Bemis wasn't such an unconventional fuck and had used guitars, it would've pumped it from a 3 - 3.5 to a 4.

i agree that a lot of what was done with synths and orchestration could have been done with just guitars, but there is some stuff that couldn't have been done any other way

i feel like it works well for the most part. gimmicky, sure, but pleasing to the ear so it doesn't really matter

this is surprisingly decent so far. I might even grow to really like it, but idk

I feel like there's going to be a re-release of this with guitars at some point.
