Being release debut album 2013-12-22 by froghawk | 6 Comments | After a year long delay, Being have finally released their debut album, Anthropocene, which can be purchased or previewed at http://beingmusic.bandcamp.com.
The album was produced by Taylor Larson (Periphery, Life on Repeat, Conditions) and features guest spots by many members of the Maryland metal scene, including Misha Mansoor and Spencer Sotelo of Periphery, Justin Gosnell, Brian Wade & Josh Clark of Vestascension, Gabriel Riccio of The Gabriel Construct, and Travis Orbin (Darkest Hour, ex-Periphery).

I will get this and check it out. Arrival was pretty cool when that was around and available, but it seems like a lot of tracks on this are rehashes/remasters (6/12). The production is better, but eh, it's still old material.

| | | this is pretty good, some boring tracks here and even if you take into account that the vocals are supposed to sound processed and somewhat lifeless they still sound worse than most stuff, but overall it's catchycool
