Review Summary: True story

In the raging night, a single sound could be heard, that echoed through the dark streets. Alone, a man walked, unsure of what the sound was. As they came closer to the sound they discovered it was distinctly electronic. A guitar beckoned him closer, and despite, miles away, he knew it would be something entertaining. Sprinting to discover the sound, he found a band playing on stage. The audience was hypnotized as though drugged, and the closer he was to the sound, his mind filled up with rage. Like zombies the crowd growled, shook their fists, and head banged completely possessed with the spirit of mvtvl. This man noticed the sound, and noticed the crowd but could only think of the m/tal. He began to thrash around like the heavy, atmospheric riffs brought forth by the electronic guitar. It was heavy metal, it was melodic death metal. It didn’t matter the genre, for the result was crushing upon the soul and senses. He had become a part of the whole, as the electronic guitar slowly but surely crushed his sanity into tiny pieces. As the drum set battered away into the night, we discovered the entire city’s ghastly population attempting to find the sound… the remains of a dead world.

I think the real question here is does this band still have Tomas Lindberg on vocals?

Tomas hasn't been in the band since 2005. Or arguably 2011, but that was just him doing guest vocals on a few songs.

their albums with Tomas are good but I think their modern era (like last 4 albums) are the best Nightrage. they have a very recognizable sound thats undeniably their own

The production is a little muddy sounding. Bummer.
