11.10.22 | just to clarify for anyone, the server is really friendly and chill, its just a lot of new people to take on at once for whats quite a small and tightknit group of people. usually people get invited to the server personally based on most of us knowing and vibing with them, and as ars and sona mentioned its nice to be able to vet people beforehand to make sure we get along and there's no drama or annoying arguments like there has been in so many previous sput discord servers. no shade to anyone who just joined or wanted to but wasn't able before the link was removed, i don't think anyone is against having new people, but aside from sput regulars who have been on the site for years that many of us have a history of interacting with and talking to it becomes more difficult for us to maintain the same kind of chill environment with people we don't know |
