Wildcardbitchesss 08.25.18	Facelift has some of their best songs but also has some of their worst. I Can't Remember, I Know Somethin, and especially Put You Down really knock it down a few notches. That and they stuck the four best songs aside from Sunshine at the very beginning. Definitely not a bad record though, just a young band trying to find their sound. "Not surprised to see #1. Surprised to see #2 so high and #4 so low." I think I like Black Gives Way to Blue a bit more than most. And Tripod has some of the same issues Facelift had, only it's weaker songs are a lot shorter (So Close, Brush Away) and/or at least fit the tone of the album (Nothin' Song).
