Good Kid Good Kid
What a great album. I'm not much of an indie guy, but every song on here slaps.
Green Day Dookie
Lower Than Atlantis World Record
I can say that Lower Than Atlantis is one of the most underappreciated bands ever. The way they changed their sound and still have those catchy melodies makes them so inspiring. World Record showed that they could still make good music without the melodic hardcore sound they were playing around with. Every song has a meaning, like Deadliest Catch that tells a tale of a man that caught the most girl but got away from him. LTA made a gem for fans of alternative rock and emo, and delivered it just right.
Lower Than Atlantis Far Q
I often find melodic hardcore bland and boring that tries too hard to be different from the rest. But Far Q changes the sound in a perfect way that still brings a tear to my eye. Fast paced tracks like B.O.R.E.D and I'm Not Bulimic keeps your heart racing with emotional anthems like Taping Songs Off the Radio and Down With the Kids put a smile on my face.
Michael Jackson Thriller
Origami Angel Somewhere City
A classic journey to the summer days as a kid. This is what every midwestern album should at least somewhat sound like. Riffs, melodies, lyrics, drums, background vocals, everything. It's emo at its finest.
Shiner Lula Divinia
4.7. What a gem! The tones of the guitars, synths, bass, vocals, all of it! They fit together so perfectly, it's hard to decide which song is the best.

This was a fun album. This was in my cd collection and got me jamming in my bedroom. I even wanted to sing "Girls" in music class (but it never happened). Beastie Boys spit rhymes and throws down some good rythms.
Black Mountain Transmitter Black Goat Of The Woods
Botch An Anthology of Dead Ends
Brand of Sacrifice Lifeblood
It's near-perfect for me. I love the breakdowns, low growls, and everything. But the thing that bums me out is the orchestra. It's good...too good. Not everyone loves deathcore, and it's a shame that some can't experience the whole thing with the chaos and beauty. But I hope newcomers can listen to this in awe because it really is a work of art in the metal scene.

Down I Go Gods
By the gods, from the gods, for the gods. My only complaint is it's too short and too good. My theme song is going to be Poseidon, and that track will give me the strength to chokehold Andrew Tate into submission. Of course, he would pass out because he would be too stubborn to accept defeat.

It's no wonder why INK is currently one of the most exciting artists in the metalcore scene. You get brutal breakdowns, jaw dropping vocal arrangements, and top tier songwriting. This album is hands down AOTY for me.

Who knew you could make thrash, blues, prog, and stoner rock sound so epic and refreshing? I sure goddamn didn't! Every track explodes with groovy scales, great drum work, some of the best vocals, and badass determination. If you're having your doubts, then wait for Nymphaeaceae, probably the best song on this masterpiece. This could very well be AOTY.
MouthBreather (USA-MA) Pig
Ninjaspy Spüken
I don't whether to have a party or overthrow the government and start a fist fight with a
homeless person, but I love the album either way.
No Pressure No Pressure EP
Just a great debut! I liked how catchy their songs were and how fast paced it gets. But a few times, the guitars, drums, and vocals are so fast that we're given 1 or 2 minute tracks. Pushing that aside I like this EP. No Pressure at all.
Oingo Boingo Nothing to Fear
Omerta Hyperviolence
Omerta is definetly influenced by Slipknot, but creates their inspiration into something more dark and creative. With the brutal noises of Talent Show, and melodic sounds of Garbage, this is one EP you can not sleep on.

Vinnymcscoop's famous Egg Sandwich===What you will need is two pieces of toast, eggs (scrambled), and mayonnaise. Spread mayo on the other toast slice, and form the sandwich. Enjoy!

Sweet Pill Where the Heart Is
I like the direction that the 5th wave emo scene is going. It still sounds sad and very emotional, but it puts in twinkly guitar sounds that gives a whimsical charm to the songs. Sweet Pill is all about the scene, and gives us their best in their hopeless thinking.

Turnstile Glow On
GLOW ON sure is one dreamy kick-ass album that gets ya dancing at the mosh pit. With
hardcore chords, twinkly electronic parts, and lyrics full of attitude, I regretted that I
slept on this album just because of Fly Again.
Vargskelethor Super Ghostbusters
I loved the part where Vargskelethon said "It's Bustin Time" and busted all over them. It's certainly the album of all time.
Vein.fm Errorzone
Hardcore bands are meaning a lot to me right now. The absolute insanity and hurt that Errorzone is coming from definitely deserves its spotlight. Its fast opener Virus://Vibrance strikes the mood with its nu-metal influence and alien sounds, with other tracks having neat add-ins like backup vocals and choruses. The future they tell seems dark, but the story they live looks bright.
Vein.fm This World Is Going to Ruin You
Vein.FM sure did go experimental on this one. I'm not going to diss on Errorvone, but This World Is Going To Ruin You had more variation to their tracks, keeping the album slightly more interesting. Lyrics are a bit of a step down, but its aggressive mathcore slash nu-metal influence is what we really come for.

Knocked Loose A Different Shade of Blue
4.1 Might be my favorite Knocked Loose album, despite the same formula that's

I've heard some weird shit in my life. I listened to a song about gay cowboys getting fucked (Ram Ranch). But this is close to the top, and it's fun on every scale. While it is long with the samples put in, and, yeah, the sound is very taboo. for many people. But if you introduce them to like "Carousel" or "My Ass Is On Fire", then they might see some of the charms. The many different instruments, the unpredictable change of genres, and the clown vocals from Mike Patton deserve the title of "Best Avant-Garde" album to ever exist!

Nito N I T O - EP
No Pressure No Pressure
This one is really hard to rate. The amount of energy in every track is so exciting to
keep track of this LP's score (I should probably get a pen and paper next time). But what
I picked up from this, it's as fun and catchy as the EP (Both Sides, Stuck Here), but has
some of those weirdly quick ones just like the EP (Too Far, Same Thing). All of that
aside, No Pressure once again proves that 90s punk rock is not dead.

All I can just say is "WOW"! The EP starts out aggressive and pissed with the usual Paledusk style of EDM and metal. But half way, it changes into more of an emotional and pop punk type of feeling that just feels beautiful. I can't understand why they don't have more recognition in the metal, they are absolutely insane on every track. I recommend if you like heart-stopping songs that goes all over the place.
Pantera Vulgar Display of Power
Periphery Periphery III: Select Difficulty
Possibly my favorite Periphery album. Most of the songs have great melodic taste with the usual djent influences in here. While some of their earlier releases were heavier and quite catchy, I feel like this has something special about it. Without Misha, I would not look at djent the same.

I found this band a whike ago on Soundcloud, and thought it was pretty neat. It's a shame that there isn't a lot of info on the band, because the sound was quite unique for the alternative underground scene (Combination of Panic! At The Disco and Blakfish). Weezer SZNZ: Winter
Overall, a solid 3.5 for the whole SZNZ. Every part
captures each season very well, except for Summer.
The formula is as usual as a nice sunny day, but
some of the lyrical choices is like an annoyingly
cold breeze. Rivers has a good voice, Spring
captures Springs perfectly (in it's good parts), and
most of all it sounds like Weezer. It's no Blue

But it works so well that even Knocked Loose would shit their pants listening to this. Some tracks are a little too copy and paste, yet that's just the fun of it really. This is proof that metal can be fun again! Oh, one last thing, I think I heard him using mayonnaise as an instrument
xSPONGEXCOREx Bikini Bottom Beatdown
(Counting this as the entire discography) Ridiculous, heavy, and PINK! That's how I would describe xSpongexCorex. The gimmick might be stale and a few tracks have weird production (Ex. Forever), though the project lives up to its name. The riffs were heavy, the audio samples were fun, and it felt like a big adventure in the Bikini Bottom. So whenever I feel like throwing down, find me in the Krusty Krab.

Blakfish See You In Another City
In the world of early 2000s british independent music, Blakfish created their unique blend of underground punk and mathcore. Vocals can get a bit screechy at times, but will have the nice, clean, British accented singing mixed in. Guitars have a major role in the band, having many math rock influences with some hardcore punk riffs blended in with the fast paced drums playing. Few of the songs were alright. But for the most part, Blakfish crafted See You in Another City to an absolutly fun and inspiring EP.
Bloodywood Rakshak

Really cool album. The sound they produce is phenomenal, however I found myself trying to push through the more softer songs that feel almost monotone. Origami Angel Hey There/Mark My Words
Origami Angel re: turn
Before you listen, it is an acoustic album with a different sound. But the magic is it
still has the Origami Angel vibe. I don't want to spoil anything else, so give it a
listen.

Snail's House エイリアン☆ポップ III
I listened to alot of Ujico back in middle school, and will listen to him when I feel like I'm
in the mood. The EP has two amazing tracks that got stuck in my head, while the last half is
pretty decent. I love Snail House, and always will.

The Brave Little Abacus Just Got Back from the Discomfort...
The Callous Daoboys Die on Mars
Landed at 3.7 for this Daoboy album. It's a great album for the mathcore scene, but it has too much of the average shit I hear. While it might be fun to listen the *chug squel chug squel* breakdowns, they used it like 3 or 4 times and bored me before the fun chaotic panic notes kick in. Overall, I would listen again. I just need to skip over a few (Cobra Winfrey especially).

The Number Twelve Looks Like You Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses
The Prodigy The Fat of the Land
The Sawtooth Grin Good.
Grind as a whole is something I'm not used to. Sure, I've listened to Cannibal Corpse and
what not, but none of that gutteral stuff. That's why I was surprised The Sawtooth Grin
cooked the mutilated turkey before Thanksgiving. The technicality is very mathcore and the
guitar work is solid, but the outro song is the least savory cranberry sauce they have to
offer. Despite the few bumps, it's a nice return for the Black Friday season.
Tirade Nothing Dramatic
Cool EP, but nothing too groundbreaking. They really had to work a bit more on the sound. Nonetheless, I would recommend it if you like old LTA and Don Broco.

I'm not too into Alice Cooper, but when I look back on this it was pretty good. It's not very heavy, but focuses on the symphonies more. This gives me some major nostalgia.

Decade Good Luck
What keep me liking these guys was their vocals, guitar work, and some of their singles. But a few of these songs aren't really grand, compared to Brainfreeze or British Winter. But at least Decade had their own charm, or still do. I don't know, they have not been active for years now.
Decade Decade
Better than the rest of the discography at least. But I think it's better on other streaming platforms than Youtube, since I heard a weird clicking sound that really hurted my ears.

Kirby if all the Kirby games had like personalities and had a cringe 14 year old Gacha Life backstory with the most killer art style ever. On a side note, this could have been an amazing album, but it falls flat in vocals and instrument choices. Also THAT FUCKING ROBOT LADY THAT KEEPS SAYING "Angel Electronic"...WHY?! I KNOW WHO THEY ARE, STOP IT!!!

Waiter, my bread is a bit undercooked. I like doughy foods, but this is excessive, really. What?! And it was left out overnight?! Well then, I heard enough, good day!

Berried Alive The Mixgrape
Berried talked shit about haters and then dropped an album that got him more hate. Blood Orange and Lemon Drop is pretty good, but the rest is just some stupid Soundcloud rap that takes no effort. The dude is good at guitar, but deer god, put some FLAVOR to this!
Bubblegum Octopus The Album Formerly Known As

Trying effort since he was autistic and didn't have a stable mind back then. The Chris Chan lore is pretty vast, so I don't want this album to go away.

Yeah, we all know it sucks. But I can't lie, I Would is a memorable track from them.
Lower Than Atlantis Changing Tune (Deluxe Edition)
I like Changing Tune. The whole album reinvented the sound for them and is amazing. You want to know why? Because they left out ALL OF THIS!!!

It was all true. This is definitely the worst death metal band out there. You would think that just because the instrumentals are sick and all. But just hear Chris's vocals, and you'll get what (almost) everyone is saying.

Look, I know this is for fans of brony culture and all. But imagine a little old lady who is a die-hard Beatles fan coming across this. Or any Beatles fan! I guess this is it for Tyler. I like Issues, but hearing and looking at his performances won't be the same really. He should probably start somewhere other than music, or social media. Also the covers are generic as shit, so eat my shorts.
