| I have been an interpol fan from the beginning when I living in NYC back in the day. This is their strongest effort in 10 years. I put it up there with TOTBL and Antics. Every track is great, it flows well and it is evident the band is re-energized. Daniel's guitar work is incredible and Sam Fogarino is a very underrated drummer, one of the best time-keepers out there. Paul Banks pulled it all together with fantastic vocals, played bass and guitars. While I've listened to this more than any album in 2014, and it's superb all the way through, standouts are Everything Is Wrong, My Desire, and Twice As Hard. |

| Surprisingly strong release this far into their career. Hard charging throughout with little filler. I really enjoyed the title track, Speed of Light, and the ending of the album is epic. Death Or Glory is old school Maiden at its best. |

| I don't know why this LP consistently gets low ratings in the Rush catalog. Maybe it's release coincided with a time in my life I really identified with it. The song writing, mix of instruments, and Geddy's vocals are all excellent. Favorite tracks are Time and Motion (one of my top Rush tracks), Driven (the bass is ridiculous) and the instrumental track Limbo is gorgeous. Give it a listen. |
