My Chemical Romance Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge
This is MCR's greatest album in my opinion. Whilst some might find it less accessible than The Black Parade, it is definitely worth the listen. It has also recently been pressed on vinyl, I highly recommend this in the vinyl format. The Ghost of You sounds utterly amazing
My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
Three Cheers is better in my opinion, but this album is still a fantastic listen. I will be jamming this for years to come. It's just been re-pressed on vinyl, I highly recommend it in vinyl format, it gives the guitars much more depth and the drums and percussion are much more prominent

The feelings leading up to this for me have been akin to me waiting to go into P.E, not knowing if the teacher is gonna pick a sport you can actually somewhat do with ease, or football, in which you flail around like a blind spider trying to catch flies in your goal. My expectations are going to be shattered either way this album goes, lets hope it smashes them in the "we're playing badminton today" kind of way. What the fuck am I talking about I hear you ask?

Frank Iero And The Patience Parachutes
On par with Stomachaches for sure, Frank is growing more confident with his vocal work for one, rthere are far fewer effects layered onto his voice on this LP. Tight guitar riffs, fun rhythm rsection, a VERY audible bass guitar, and a sweet raw-but-sweet sound. Thoroughly enjoyable album, rFrank's side project remains the most interesting of all the ex-MCR members' solo musical rendeavors.

Bar The Good Life, I still think this is a fun album. Nostalgic for me, sort of. Brings back memories when I listen to it. Without the memories, still think it's a great album. Yeah it's lazy radio rock, but I still don't understand why that's a derogatory term when it comes to music?

Tycho Awake (Remixes)
Really interesting interpretations of Tycho's Awake, all stay true to their original counterparts
but manage to take them somewhere new. If you wanted Tycho to sound less relaxing and a bit
darker, more moody, this will probably satisfy you. The male vocals on the Plains remix however,
not only do they throw you off and ruin the flow of the album, but they're godawful, and the
lyrical content is so cliche and dull, they needn't have bothered to include them. Bar that, solid
remix album.

Waterparks Double Dare
Not the worst pop-punk has to offer, has some pretty great ideas here and there, but keeps falling rback into the genre's cliches, almost using it as a crutch. Electronic elements are a nice touch rbut feel kinda like a gimmick more than anything. Best tracks: Gloom Boys, Stupid for You, Made in rAmerica, Plum Island

coming back to this nearly 3 years later, it doesn't hold up. all the singles from ember beat every last track on this album. it's still a solid album, still fun, still breaking benjamin, but underwhelming. ben collaborating with the whole band on ember has shown they can retain their core sound but still deviate. kinda like chevelle. a lot like chevelle actually.

The only FIR album that I haven't stopped midway through to cry. Easily Ronnies best performance, rtightest album they've done in terms of style. Doesn't flow well from start to finish, the synths rdon't do much besides make songs sound "fuller" and to fit with the "space rock" vibe they're rgoing with, and the lyrics are recycled trash, but I can't deny that I enjoyed listening to it. rRating will probably settle on a 3 or a 4 after a couple more spins. I urge everyone to give this ra chance, you'll probably hate it, but out of all their albums, this is the one that deserves at rleast a listen.

Now this, this is how you do album artwork. No nice colours, no interesting designs, just your
band name in the worst font ever and the name of the album. That way, the plebs that buy the album
on vinyl will know what they're purchasing. "you mean their logo for 20 years?" no shit

Hey Violet From the Outside
This album has about as much emotional depth as a badly made ham sandwich, but that being said, it has some good moments. It's not the worst alternative pop out there, but it does sit all too comfortably next to 13 Reasons Why and the Suicide Squad soundtrack. Songs about "fuqbois" and hoodies, a must have for 14 year old girls who think being crazy is staying up past 11PM and stalking a boy on Facebook, rather than eating your own shit and shooting up a classroom.
