Following the raw aggression of The Insulated World (Vulgar) and the melodic despair of Phalaris (Withering to death.), this record leans into the sludgy, low-end grooves of The Marrow of a Bone. The production is notoriously murky. It trades the clarity of their Tue Madsen days for a dense and claustrophobic mix that has been enduring post-ARCHE.
