artificialbox s*** dude, I'm glad you're starting to feel better. I gotta get back to working out too lol. Definitely as I get older I'm starting to realize the importance of rest and trying to reduce stress as much as possible. It takes so long to heal from things nowadays and being burnt out and stressed just makes it so much worse. I'm hoping for a happy healthy 2026 for both of us

artificialbox Yeah I do believe the reason there have been so many cases of people making contrib and then not producing anything is because they lose the dopamine motivation of getting a nice pos ratio lmao. life has been alright, I got mono in April and am still recovering from it, so my entire summer went down the drain and I defs put on a few cozy pounds but I am learning to just go easy on myself and listen to my body/give it what it needs to recover. How was your summer?

trilo ngl this year has kinda sucked overall so i?m looking for the same lol throw some recs my way if you got em. but Suffering Hour EP and Noise Trail Immersion LP are great. if you havent jammed either band i?d recommend The Cycling Reckoning and Symbology of Shelter respectively tho. amazing albums
