| heck not strictly goth (more dark post-punk adjacent to goth, think Joy Division or Seventeen Seconds/Faith era The Cure but less oppressively gloomy) but The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge is an all-timer for this general era/style of music. I'd also recommend Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - Talk About the Weather, Beastmilk - Climax (a modern classic imo), Asylum Party - Borderline, and The Danse Society - Heaven Is Waiting.

| Panzerchrist I'm glad you dug it homey. We've been working on the full project for six years, so it's nice to hear some positive feedback. Almost justifies all the constant setbacks. LolWould you be interested in reviewing it at some point? I'm sure you're busy with other reviews, but I do think you'd enjoy the rest of the material. It's not quite along the same lines as what you heard (a bit more progressive, I'd say), but I do think you'd dig it.

They're good friends with Novembre, their more recent stuff is way lighter but their demo EP and first two full-lengths are pure goth rock/metal, kinda similar to Anathema's 90s output.

I think you'll like Voodoo more on the rejam too, a lot more hip hop influences and you'll probably picked up on the more layered instrumentation. And dude The Drones have so many amazing records. Gareth Liddiard is the main songwriter for both and hes legit a genius imo. I See Seaweed and Fairyland Codex are both all timers for me, but the man hasn?t made a bad or even mid record. Just consistently great stuff for 25 years now
