| rockandmetaljunkie When it was released, everyone went frenzy, everybody loved them. And everyone was talking about how pioneering was their music. Because they didn't know. There was another band, Socrates Drank the Conium, who was blending rock, hard rock, blues and psychedelic music with music from Epirus (of course these guys were mostly a rock/blues outfit and Villagers have a lot of metal in their music). Socrates were very famous in their heyday, both on greek territory and abroad.
