 | Futures i did jam the helloween first ep little bit ago. that was a fun time.
 | Futures i respect it haha. this year i do want to dabble into power metal. not really something i've ever dove into.
 | Futures will def check. what have you been jamming lately man?
 | Futures yes! i did see that in my cursory research haha. insane. did he bring his shredding?
 | Futures haha it was def a bit too out there for me. rare i listen to something i actively don't like nowadays lol. but the next one seems more my speed.
 | Futures oh impaled nazarene haha? i just can't do extended periods of those noises and satanic roars lol. it was so ****ing grating and long periods of just noise. some cool riffs occasionally but yeah. i'm def gonna check the next one at least.
 | Futures ah gotcha haha. funny. i will def be checking that out!
 | Futures oh wow your soundoff let me know there was a new illyria. last year wanderlust was one of my favs of the year. i think i even recd it to you lol!
 | JohnnyoftheWell thanks so much for the kind words - I've read some Basho and a fair bit of Issa! did a translation project on haiku for my master's diss, which took picking and mixing between a handful of poets, biography time for Issa and Shiki, and a lot of hair-tearing over the best way for the traditional form to sit in English. love Issa, he's crazy hit or miss but his greats are all devastating and his comic stuff is fab
 | Futures sounds like interesting stuff man, love a varied discog. i'll have to let you know how i get on with them!
 | Futures you know i'll have to bump them to the top now haha! gonna just start from the beginning, seems like a very rewarding discog.
 | Futures absolutely will soon! so much bm not enough time haha. i was telling hawks too. next up on my to do list include more satyricon, marduk, sargeist, rotting christ, early dimmu, sargeist and impaled nazarene! i know some of your favs lol
 | Futures def curious to get to their hyper blast aggressive albums, their early stuff wasn't what i expected in a good way. and yes gotta get to the other satyricon albums. dark medieval times took a bit to click but it has such a great atmosphere. really unique sound.
 | Futures dude sweet i'm def gonna get on drudkh and cradle soon. been on a bm binge myself! marduk, gorgoroth, dark medevial times. all great stuff! gonna keep diving in more. so much great stuff from that 90s scene.
 | Futures i would absolutely love that man! no pressure of course lol. what have you been jammin lately anyway?
 | Futures for sure man, i think everyone knew where you were coming from. must just be projection from him because if we're being honest here his reviews for a contributor are shockingly bad lol. but i know you're too nice of a guy to say that so i just said what everyone is thinking. just such a nuclear reaction from something so tame. he thinks he did nothing wrong! maybe that will get you to write a new rev :^)
 | Futures hope you don't mind me making a mess in your thread haha. felt like something like that had to be said. it was so unhinged and bizarre. felt the need to stick up for you.
 | ToSmokMuzyki unless ofc u meant boc in that case i have secret treatries @ 3.5 so that'll have to do
 | ToSmokMuzyki boc stands for bored in canada budgie already 2'd it dont try ME
 | Hawks Thanks brother!!! And yes thats a very good comparison lol.
 | Futures dude those of the unlight was sooooo good. instant black metal favorite. so much variety!
 | Hawks Please let me know what you think of Old Corpse Road when you jam it!! Their whole discog is fantastic but the atmosphere on that one is next level.
 | Futures ye panzer division seems like a fav for many. i'll let ya know! didn't know they were so underappreciated on here.
 | Futures oh nice man! death the band is absolutely a must for me this year. need to discog hard, long long overdue. and hell yeah i'm on a little black metal kick rn. i think you dig marduk right? first time checking them and just decided to start from the beginning with dark endless. such a great album. i really love that early death metal bm sound. really unique blend. meaty ass riffs and i love the variety on it. excited to check out more!
 | Futures haha appreciate that man. i just always find myself busy and distracted during the holiday season, and i still want to hit the albums i missed even if it's march. and this year i need to get into classic death metal so good call! like deicide, morbid angel, immolation. never really jammed. and sweet you dug that, idk where you really land on core stuff haha!
 | Hawks Definitely go with Cruelty and the Beast and/or Midian bro. Also another one I've been repping hard is Tis Witching Hour by Old Corpse Road. Give it a go hard.
 | Futures not much yet. those are on my list though! really dig the new whitechapel album but not for non deathcore heads lol. i was actually finally catching up on the 2024 releases i missed the last month. i'm a perfectionist, got to basically everything i wanted too lol. can't hit em all sadly. i will be making an extremely late 24 list for the 5 people who care!
 | DrGonzo1937 Ahh nice man, nice. You going to the gym etc? Yeah, Lucretius was clearly ahead of the game, there?s a lot of aurelius? prose and philosophical viewpoints in there from what I?ve read so far. How was Dune? I?ve just started club Dumas, which is what the movie ninth gate is based on. Pretty good so far.
 | DrGonzo1937 Yeah man. Not one for poems, but I?ve got it there to read when I get chance at work haha. I?ve also got Epicurus? the art of happiness in my pile of books to read. What you reading at the minute?
 | Hawks Its soooooo good indeed brother.
 | OmairSh Yeah man its been a while! Always nice to see the old guard holding the fort :-). Hope you enjoy the album. Do join the album thread when you?re ready, I?ve recommended this album to other ?oldies? like ourselves as well haha ;-)
 | OmairSh Sample song https://youtu.be/Sm90jbFsGrc?si=m8jfHgH627jxjqzd
 | OmairSh Hey Scuro theres a young Thrash band Tabahi from my country Pakistan that has a pretty cool old school influenced album with a modern sound that you might enjoy :-). https://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/89435/Tabahi-Thrash-for-Justice/
 | Sevengill Still trying to kick the same three albums out the door for the last two years lol. What's overseas for you? O:
 | Sevengill aw, hey! yeah it's been a minute ? I'm alright. frustrated I haven't put any music out lately, but that's life in your 30s I guess. what's new in Scuroborough?
 | Futures defeated sanity was on my list for sure and that ungfell album looks interesting! think i'll check that one out.
 | Futures you got another one for me for 2024? panzerfaust hit hard so i trust you lol
 | Futures ok one more for ya haha. new vale of pnath absolutely rips, love it. abigail williams guy joined and it's like symphonic behemoth now, not overblown or cheesy at all. awesome vox, really cool melodies and very memorable. think you would dig this hard.
 | Futures same here. really dig that blend of styles, haven't heard bm quite like that. i'll have to check out their other stuff.
 | Futures dude that panzerfaust album is so good. like behemoth meets isis? so sludgy with some great builds. thought each track got better and the closer was definitely my favorite, that relentless build with an explosion of melodies. really great stuff, thanks again! easy top 10 of the year and i need more listens.
 | Futures more like infiri, fallujah, the faceless esque, lots of variety in the structure and riffage.
 | Futures ah got it haha. it's def not for everyone, kinda an odd blend. thanks for checking it out tho! gonna jam panzerfaust tomorrow i think. jammed apogean tonight, really cool spacey proggy tech death.
 | Futures same man! i'll put that panzerfaust album on the next up. better be good haha! happy new year!
 | Futures definitely didn't mean it like most were doing it just some. i'm glad we each have our process haha. always hit me up whenever you want to chat man, always a pleasure.
 | Futures totally the same man, i will never understand the other mindset. i also have a life and other hobbies not considering anything else! secretly i think some people lie and rate stuff on half listens or samples. always wanted to make a list and explore this phenomona but think i'd get too much pushback and it ain't worth it lol.
 | Futures my man we are wired exactly the same! i'll never understand people who listen to albums once and rates 1000s a year. it's bizarre to me. music ain't a competition. and listening to albums a bunch and returning to songs is so personal and how you form connections with music. bunch of albums just instantly zap my brain back to a certain time and place. like if i rate something a 4.5 i really want to listen to it a lot and take it to memory! idk how people can do it otherwise lol.
 | Futures hell yeah let me know what you think. seriously you're reading my mind brother. when i stepped back from here i got really into movies and found it just replaced music. when i stopped posting here i just stopped listening to new stuff not even just current year just any new album. been watching less movies now too. idk how people listen to 1000s of albums, i have other hobbies like you. def was spending too much time here as well, gotta find that balance. we will do it together this year haha!
 | Futures i think i told you that earlier but i'm in the same exact boat. really just didn't listen to any new releases since like 2017 and this year reinvigorated my love for music. making up for lost time for sure and it's a shame i did that honestly. it's definitely been fun. one i think you'd dig from this year that flew a little under the radar is illyria- wanderlust. like melodic core mixed with blackgaze and some prog. it's cool little blend!
 | Futures appreciate that my man. and i will absolutely check that out. i always get so busy around the holidays and usually sick lol so i really slow down jamming. so i will prob make a fashionably late 24 list in a few months haha
 | Futures absolutely man, just an absolute blast. love how varied the beat choices are and the delivery and lyrics are perfectly funny. and nice frontierer rating m/ hope you have a great new year friend!
 | garas Thank you Scuro, your message message meant a lot to me. I'm glad if I left just a bit of an impact on the site. Anything for a little dungeon synth spotlight!
 | Hawks NICE 4.5 FOR NEW DEFEATED SANITY!!!
 | Hawks Forgot all about that one!! Definitely gotta get on it hard. Will do at some point this weekend hopefully! :]
 | Hawks You weren't kidding, new Ungfell SLAPS.
 | garas Sure I am! It's my AOTY as well :] I wish it'd be available on cassette too... but I ordered the hoodie from Bandcamp.
 | Hawks Oh hell yeah boi gotta jam that asap!
 | garas Heyho! I've just found this: (super cool epic dungeon synth) https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nJf8PMZC882StAhAwqB4UKOmyf18ByIKk
 | garas I hope I could rec at least one thing you'll like. If not, then sorry for a boring answer. But I'll let you know if I hear something interesting.
 | garas But here are some recs: if you'd like some very slow and relaxing stuff, then check the new albums of Fimnur and Witan. Or for more epic stuff, there is a new Old Sorcery compilation album featuring songs from splits, it's called Tales of the Old Kingdom.
 | garas Phew, I could give you a beefy list if you'd ask for metal - but for those better check my reviews. But for DS, it's a bit harder since I haven't listened to much stuff this year. Except my "secret" winter synth genre discovery, but I haven't started documentating that.
 | DrGonzo1937 yeah, im exactly the same mate haha. i also have the crux of being stubborn af and refusing to admit defeat on a book that sucks, so i stick with it at a snail's pace; 1 page feels like reading 20 haha.not at all, lb comparisons are a compliment! thanks for checking it.
 | DrGonzo1937 nice. ive got it on my wishlist now, so will definitely get round to reading it. problem with me is i have so many books piling up and dont have the time to read them. most of them arent quick reads either. really frustrating haha. and yeah man, deep sands it was. we naturally disbanded when covid hit. i used to work with the rapper in despicable and i said id have a throwaway jam with him, because i knew he was a great rapper, and its just snowballed into what were doing now.
 | DrGonzo1937 btw, shameless plug. my band is plastered all over the front page if you havent had chance to check my new record haha tyman kindly reviewed them for me. if you were to only check one, i think youd dig BC because its more rock metal orientated. would love to know what you think
 | DrGonzo1937 aye, dont get me wrong, im not a stoic myself, though my mindset does align with a lot of it. i need to dive more into epicureanism tbf, though i greatly disagree with its teachings from what ive read (surface-level mind). any recommendations?
 | DrGonzo1937 awh mate, it changed my life. i read it about 6 years ago and i've never looked back. you should read how to think like a roman emperor by donald robertson first, because he puts everything into context. fanastic book. it's what got me into marcus, and what became the impetus for me falling in love with ancient rome and any kind of history book i can get my hands on at this point haha.
 | DrGonzo1937 Yeah, tbf, I can see that being the case. 12 rules literally just apes precepts from Marcus Aurelius? meditations and just feels like baby?s first philosophy. Only 12 rules rabbles on whereas meditations is to the point and far more rewarding to read.
 | DrGonzo1937 he's releasing a book on religion this year, i think, so might get that to see what he comes up with
 | DrGonzo1937 sorry man, i keep trying to reply to that comment on goodreads but the bloody thing keeps knocking my comment back!basically, i was saying 12 rules is fine. i personally find his topics to be touching on common sense, with a surface level tinge of philosophy to it. good for beginners looking to get into philosophy, i guess? haha i'd rather read a book on philosophy from one of the greek greats or marcus aurelius though. i have the second book but i can't bring myself to read it.
 | Hawks Just made a discord. Sorry for not responding bro. Its Hawks_1992. Add me.
 | DrGonzo1937 Thanks a lot mate, means a lot. Full record is out 20th sept.
 | DrGonzo1937 thought i'd do a shameless plug for my buddies on here. i've got a new record out 20th sept and we've just released our first song from it today. let us know what you think if you get chance mate, would love your thoughts.https://despicableband.bandcamp.com/track/ruckus
 | Hawks Wish I could tell you brother lmao.
 | Hawks Was banned I wasn't ignoring you!!
 | Hawks Much love back to you my brother.
 | bighubbabuddha you wake up every morning with pubes the colour of watsits, move on
 | Futures you know i haven't listened to like any power/folk metal really. i think it's something i would enjoy though. i'll check it out for you friend, appreciate it!
 | Futures hell yeah man! i usually find overly symphonic stuff too cheesey but i love how he really goes for it with the orchestra. like a black metal james bond soundtrack lol. really hits for me, so much fun. you get to anything else cool from this year to rec?
 | Futures thanks so much man, means a lot.
 | Futures haha very much appreciated my man. it's nice to write a bit again. i'll pop in every now and then when i'm feeling inspired. always looking for advice though!
 | Futures hey man, did a review last week. first full one in forever. i'd really appreciate your thoughts and feedback if you have time! i'm really happy with how it turned out but it's always good to hear a different perspective. used to read your revs all the time.
 | Hawks For sure! U need to jam that Sakna album I just rated too. Folky doomy atmospheric bm and it ripz.
 | Hawks Broooo that Toska album (EP?) SLAYZ!! Night II is def the best track holy **** those riffs but the whole thing is awesome. Thanks for bringing it into my life lol.
 | Hawks Metal will always be my fav. There really is nothing like it. Even with ghe expanding of my taste, metal will still occupy more than half of my listening lol.
 | Hawks Not if, but when! I will def let you know buddy. My taste is all over the place lately. I jammed extreme metal exclusively for so many years and now I'm getting way more into ambient, electronic, folk, jazz, pop and all kinds of different s*** lol.
 | Hawks Looks sick bro! Will jam when I'm in a bm mood for sure. I've been in a weird mood lately of jamming lots of dm but also digging lots of pop atm as well. Weird combo but I ain't mad lmao.
 | Futures man it's so damn good. i 5'd them both and appreciate them both for different reasons. nightside has that classic icy bm atmosphere but anthems is so epic and grand. such good stuff.
 | Futures dude same i missed all those haha. really excited to listen to them. currently doing emperor and burzum discog runs for the first time. really fun. listened to nightside back in the day but never anthems for some reason. becoming one of my favorite bands haha. and burzum is great too obviously!
 | Futures that's my first of his, really excited to check out more. it's fantastic. and yeah that coffin storm album is pretty fun. fenriz vox a little off but the riffs are great. let me know what you think if you jam either!
 | Futures that's great to hear man. i definitely coasted like that for far too long. getting into discovering new stuff like the good ol days just feels right. for metal stuff my top 3 this year rn would be ihsahn's new solo album, job for a cowboy and benighted. ihsahn's new one is really awesome symphonic metal like a movie soundtrack, jfac great tech death with sweet bass and benighted just super fun deathgrind. ihsahn seems right up your ally.
 | Futures it has been forever man. so many good times on here back in the day! i'm doing alright, hanging in there still dealing with cancer stuff. hopefully looking up soon. jamming so much music, haven't been listening this much in such a long time. how has life been treating you?
 | Futures sup scuro nice to see you still hanging around here!
 | pizzamachine Ok, from now on all reviews will be slick as a lubricated ship. Shape in or ship out! Thanks for all the nice comments, it means a lot! Truly!
 | pizzamachine Hey, thanks for responding! I hear you about cleaner/better looking punctuation. I agree, and the comma you mentioned looked good. As far as fragmentation, no one?s ever mentioned that about my reviews so thanks for bringing that up lol, it?s time to fix that. I probably have more confusing sections than I care to admit.
 | peartnoy It indeed has been 6 years already. Lots has changed in the band haha, female vocalist and all.
 | peartnoy Hello there! Can't believe it's already been 6 years since you reviewed Eternal Closure's first album. Time flies haha. Just want to give the heads up that the album is out now. Tell me what you think :)

 | hansoloshotfirst Scuro...Scuro Fantasma now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time. so far I haven't been nuked by the russians nor did I die in the pandemic. I have a full belly, a roof over my head and music in my ears. So overall pretty good. hope u are well too, mate. recs will be send your way.
 | Egarran Oh that's good to hear. Saw your name in a thread and I realized something was lacking here. My goal for 2022 is to do as little as possible (while breathing) and so far it's going good.
 | Archelirion Yeah not too bad, not too bad. Got a kid on the way next year which kinda owns and life's going fairly smoothly, on the whole. Trying to figure a few bits out but aren't we all. What's good with you?
 | Archelirion Scuro... Is that you...? It's been so long fella, how have you been?
 | evilford awesome dude, didn't know you were staff either nice! My faves of 2020 I think all have reviews but nevertheless are excellent stuff, new ulcerate (which you've probably heard), defeated sanity, voidceremony, cosmic putrefaction, and ulthar are some of my faves from this year. All dm of course lol, its pretty much all I listen to anymore
 | evilford Gotcha yeah I stepped away for a while too, couple years actually. I am well yeah hope u are too take care man hopefully we'll see u around sometime
 | GreenTeeth Hey, I would like to leave this recommondation as a shoutout, a black/death song by the OSDM band scalpture from Germany! Stay healthy :)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lArW5UFqioU
 | garas Hi! I just thought this may interest you: https://gashadokuro-ambient.bandcamp.com/album/dark-japanese-folk-lore
 | garas Thank you! :] I like your collection as well. Enormous! And I saw there are tons of waporwave albums there, hahaha!
 | garas Sure I do! If you wouldn't get the notification, here is my account: https://bandcamp.com/hotyprog My collection is rather small tbh, mostly grows by recieving free codes or when I rarely buy a few tapes, haha!
 | garas Or here is my big DS list from last year: https://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?memberid=1112747
 | garas I more or less enjoyed it as well, but I think it could have been more/better~ but I can't really describe how, I just feel it. (I'll keep in mind you like East-Asian stuff! :]) And about essentials - I think my year end list could help you out: https://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?memberid=1112747
 | garas Hey! I just saw you're digging the new Count Shirintsu EP! :] Any thoughts?
 | CaptainDooRight hi Scuro! can you jam my new trvth album? https://trvth.bandcamp.com/album/inordinate-and-surpassing
 | Gnocchi busy. between work, the fam and sput i'm about full.
 | Dedes That's fair. I'm only on discord now around every other week or so but I still pop in a dece bit on spit. Real life is intense bruv
 | Dedes Yo how goes it manFeel like I haven't seen you on spit or vex in a millennia or so
 | Gnocchi Scuro review when? Asking for a friend of a friend.
 | wacknizzle Unfurl has a new album... https://vnfvrl.bandcamp.com/album/the-waking-void
 | necropig It's great so far. Their label are doing it and the demo on vinyl if you collect
 | necropig I only found out a few minutes before hitting you up, seen you had enjoyed previous one so let you know :3
 | necropig Arnaut Pavle have a new one out
 | dmathias52 Besides that, for favorite country in general make sure to check out ?Southeastern? by Jason Isbell and ?In the Throes? by John Moreland! Let me know if you have luck finding something similar to Orville Peck, I?m definitely on the hunt as well.
 | dmathias52 For sure! While I sadly don?t have much Western Country like Orville (part of the reason why I love it so much), I?ll send some more ?out there? recs your way. Amigo the Devil is kind of gothic country, Buffalo Wabs
 | Gnocchi The 2nd I think. http://www.metalstorm.net/events/new_releases.php?upcoming=1
 | peartnoy It's all good man! If you want to review something when everything calms down feel free to do it lol. It's going to be on every streaming platform, so even if you don't have the time to review it I'd really like to at least know what you think. I really feel that's it's an improvement over the first one hehe
 | peartnoy Sup my man! Since you reviewed my band's (Eternal Closure) first album, I was wondering if you'd be interested to write for the one we're releasing July 12th ? Hope to hear from you, cheers!
 | Hawks You?re the man! Thanks bro. :]
 | Hawks Hey bro. So I talked to Sowing, Game and Treb about this already but if you have any pull to possibly promote me to contrib I?d greatly appreciate it. I love writing for this site and I think I deserve the opportunity and I think I can contribute so much. I plan on calming the s*** posts and focusing solely on my writing and making this site a better place. You?re one of my closest boys here so I just wanted to state my intentions to you. :]
 | CaptainDooRight jam my new Trvth album, I recommend the song called Azimuth for you: https://trvth.bandcamp.com/album/a-galvanizing-derivation
 | 0GuyMan0 yo you ever get back around to pulse ultra?
 | budgie put on tymah- transylvanian dreams on a whim after seeing you post it. whoa this is ****ing beastly.
 | DrGonzo1937 cheers man. you got new hobbies, or is it craving out a career?
 | DrGonzo1937 Scuro, we haven?t talked for time. This makes me sad. How the hell are ya?
 | Sniff jammed "new" Horsehunter yet?
 | manosg Awesome. Hope you enjoy, man.
 | manosg Check this out Scuro, if you haven't already. You'll probably like it. https://guildoflore.bandcamp.com/album/winterstead
 | Dewinged Got it, no prob. Yeah I sent it to manosg too but he's too busy atm. I feel the same, not very familiar with their style although I use to big on Helloween back in the day, that is as far as I can reach. For a sput user project I thought it was very impressive though.
 | Dewinged Scuro my man, a sput homie asked me to review his band's album but I felt you or manosg could handle it better. It's symphonic metal meets hard rock and features the ex-singer of Vicious Rumours. Don't know how busy is your schedule, but give it a check if you can, the album it's pretty good: https://open.spotify.com/album/7LjIb5DnNReygvEVJ3gfHE?si=EHGz3rWwSjeCYMJQj6K8eA
 | zaruyache marx might not be good but old KRIEG is best.
 | DDDeftoneDDD Yeah my friend. Check my soundoff as well, to see if it catches your interest m/
 | DDDeftoneDDD Awesome link! Why not on the propper thread then?
 | TheSpirit Looks like our opinions of the two Old Tower releases this year are switched lol
 | AcmeApathyAmok Funny you suggest that. A while ago a dude rec'd me a ton of dungeon synth (old and new) and Mortiis was one of them. Need to check it out still...
 | Elynna If you have the time you should give Elderwind - The Colder The Night a try since you enjoyed the latest Evilfeast
 | Kaiwaz I miss talking to you. You are always welcome to join our discord, it's 0 drama and 100% awesome, come in if you want. Lots of users in here love you so thats a plus. https://discord.gg/ky9bsFU

 | SherlockChris9021 Great, thanks, I guess there are lots of things for me to explore in this site.
 | SherlockChris9021 Hi, I would like to ask about the real name issues in the profile, can I use a pseudonym instead of my real name? I am a little insecure about revealing my real name in the site.
 | SherlockChris9021 Thanks, sorry about the mistake though. Will the removal of my reviews would affect the ratings?
 | SherlockChris9021 Hi, I'm here to ask something: If I my reviews by asking the staffs in the community thread that fix bugs and other stuffs, will it affect my approval? Does the approval affect me in this site as well?
 | Egarran Apart from the animation interludes, this is good: https://youtu.be/Qa4JkgKDaR0
 | SherlockChris9021 Thank you for answering my dilemma of my objectivity score issues, by the way.
 | SherlockChris9021 Great, I guess I can feel free to give ratings then. Sorry to bother you with another question, but how can I italicise or bolden the words in my reviews? Because whenever I copy the entire article from another software to the writing section of the review, it turns back to normal, and I couldn't do it with my typing shortcuts on the writing section.
 | SherlockChris9021 Thanks, I guess I will try to make the numbers equal as much as possible. Just one more thing, will the objectivity score affect me in this site? 'Cause I've been a little worried that if my objectivity score is too low, it might lead me to something undesirable.
 | SherlockChris9021 Hey, I'm here to ask a question: what factor will affect my objectivity score of my ratings?
 | DDDeftoneDDD OK will check those. and duuude the new Khemmis is pretty cool to! That ending of the opening track will immediately grasp you.
 | DDDeftoneDDD Hi Scuroo! new Marduk - Viktoria is kinda cool, a bit too short though. Don't know the rest of their work...can you rec something? Have you checked YOB's? hug m/
 | DDDeftoneDDD yeah man its an awesome track and the record is full of good, great and awesome moments. I agree that doom is hit or miss...or sometimes just boring. Considering I never heard anything else from them, I'm still figuring if I ll check their discog. Maybe'll worth it but it's a lot of work. Good ratings though X)
 | DDDeftoneDDD X) dont know if you are into doom/sludge but that new YOB is really nice. You should check at least the track Original Face and tell me what you think m/

 | DDDeftoneDDD Dude this Ripper ThrashDeath is amazing. Not digging much the vocals though. Loving the bass and pretty much everything else, for what it is ;)

 | SherlockChris9021 Oh, and the version in the proofreading thread is not really a complete version, and I left them out because of the character limit, so the official review will be a bit different that the one I put in the thread.
 | SherlockChris9021 Wow, thanks for the advice about the review, I will try to improve the way I review as much as possible.

 | SherlockChris9021 Hey, I've just completed the editing as you stated, and put the edited version in the proofreading thread. You may have a look and give comments about it. Also, I would like to state that reviewing an album track by track is kind of my style, so its quite difficult to change it.

 | SherlockChris9021 Hey, it's me.Thanks for encouraging me to continue writing the reviews after the TDAG review fiasco (or maybe just some bad publicity), and I finally got enough guts to finish a new review. The rough draft of it is already posted on the proofreading thread in the community section, feel free to give comments. There are some concerns I would like to state: Is it concise even it is a very long one? Does the contents stress my points properly?
