skeames1214 08.31.15	she's missing chromosome 18. Basically has really bad speech impediments, has to have surgeries every year on her colon, about as mature as an eight year old. She also can't feel much physical pain, which has led to stuff like her literally ripping her molars out to get her braces out, with her hands. Fucking crazy.

Just a few pieces of the motherboard or w/e left by the time they found her with it. They take really good care of her but it's hard to be near someone 24/7, she finds ways to absolutely insane things every so often.

Sinternet 08.31.15	The worst thing about caring for someone like that is the emotional and physical toil that you go through, and the fact that it would take maybe an hour of loss of concentration before something really bad could happen. A friend of mine was in a similar situation to your aunt but also had to balance uni at the same time and it took three attempted suicides for someone to recognise they needed help. What you are doing is great and make sure to hug your aunt because that is a horrible situation to be in.
