03.07.10 | I couldn't say which one is 'better'. I'd be biased for MoP because it is my favourite album of all time, but both of these albums were ahead of their time. ItCotCK is a progressive record, bear in mind, much different to a metal record that MoP is, but I have them both as classics so it's all down to personal preference in the end. 03.07.10 | In the court... has that weird freeform thing in the middle that I kinda' dislike, but the rest of the album just rules like nothing else can. Master of Puppets has a few good songs but nothing that ever screams "This is AMAZING" like a bunch of stuff on In the Court...

03.07.10 | I enjoy MOP better than In The Court (an album I got based off of recommendations on this site) because I'm a metalhead. I'll admit KC is much more complex, thought out, and well written in all aspects, I just prefer MOP based on enjoyability. |
