| halo tides ~ band (demos mixtape review)
South Australian based band "halo tides" delivers a solid shoegaze/ambient dream pop/indie rock demo mixtape, with tracks including "My Breakdown" & "Untitled". The demos sound nostalgic yet modern & experimental. The guitar play between guitarists' Jamie Anderson, Dakota Cook & Tyrell Bonney seems really tight and mesh well in perfect timing, as long side Dylan Turner's drumming, keeping a steady tempo and serving the songs purposefully. Great ambient shoegaze effort from the 4 young, up & coming members of halo tides! | |
