Dewinged 12.04.25	I use the charts a lot, and it's unbelievable they haven't implemented chronological release order already. That been said they have a great database but the sense of community is basically inexistent.

Found a lot of good stuff just by doing that You cannot replace the community here tho. In fact just treat RYM as an AI ‘what should I listen to generator’ but don’t expect it to replace human interaction, that’s the way to go 😂

brickhed 03.26.26	to be real, many RYM reviews are very informal or is rarely skimmed over than a handful of times. sput is pretty great in prioritizing skilled reviewers. I do agree with the red tape, it acts like they'll ban you if you slip up even once submitting stuff. but i have no idea if the staff will actually be on my ass about keeping up with an obscure artist or not. the lists are cool though, and the comments are usually not that bad. unless the album is all over social media, then it attracts some pretty low IQ users. and then there are the asshole metal elitsts who try to start fights with everyone.
