Vesper 07.29.11	I just graduated from Williams College, haha, but I went to a magnet school in California, Whitney High School. I think it's been the top ranked school in the state for a while now. I hated the place while I was there, to be honest. But, man, I feel you on the college applications. I did an early decision app for a scholarship, and it was heeeelllll.

Though in the last years they changed shit a lot to "unify" it, which was in the minds of anyone I knew who studied "a huge pile of bullshit". One of the reasons I'll probably go to a university in Austria. It's harder to get into a university there, but it's better than most of the "normal" universities here. (there other ones you can't pay for unless you have thousands of euros every semester)

I only have to pay the usual costs per semester, but there is something in Germany called "BAFÖG", it's especially designed to support students that don't get money from their parents for having a scholarship. And you even get that when you're studying somewhere else in Europe than in Germany afaik.
