Pianocore?
I just released my first album of piano work for digital download, and am wondering what people here might think of it (75,000 youtube views sounds cool until you start looking at what kind of garbage reaches a million). It's composed of covers of metal songs with the idea that people who dismiss the originals might actually enjoy and appreciate the songs in a new medium. The songs are mostly simple, but after hearing an interview with Manzarek about the intricacies of how he composed Light My Fire, I gained a new level of respect for this album. |

I'm a big fan of the three albums before it, but BC Meyer really stepped it up on Wavering Radiant, and the keyboard parts are some of the most interesting passages of Isis' discography. |
