10.02.26 | I'm eating very little meat these days, so I low-n-slow shiitake and blue oysters in a dutch oven, add olive oil and butter, S&P, onion and garlic, a cup of Bordeaux blanc, when reduced about 3/4 cup of heavy cream, S&P and fresh thyme, rigatoni and some of its water, a dick load of grated parmesan, squeeze of lemon, garnish with more cheese and Italian parsley.
Best part is you drink the rest of the wine, so after the cooking allotment it's a good amount to get you feeling good without getting toasted. | ToSmokMuzyki
