Wildcardbitchesss 02.16.26	as someone with a Jane tat (and a YFM one, and a AWLWLB one…) Jane ain’t the best. I gotta go with You Fail Me. That record just has such an oppressive atmosphere AND obviously brings the fuckin riffs. Probably Jacob’s best vocal performance too. First/Last Light, Drop Out, Heartless, In Her Blood, and Hanging Moon are all absolutely insane, I actually used to think pairing the two slowest (and longest) songs together in the middle was a weird decision but now it just feels like these two massive centerpiece moments that somehow vibe well with each other despite being so different

It’s good art but I’d be getting it more as a “goddamn I love this album” and not because I actually love the art itself… idk it looks good but feels a little basic for Jacob at this point. Maybe I’ll do a No Heroes one, I got some space around my elbow that would be perfect for that little birdie
