02.18.23 | back in highschool my alarm clock was broken soo i had hooked up my comp to my stereo and downloaded some alarm off download.com that let you select what audio file you wanted to play at what time. sooooooo, for a solid year my alarm clock was 'the red chord - nihilist' and id just wake up to it blasting at 6am lol, definitely tripped out of bed more than enough times trying to turn it off |

So yeah, haven’t done it for well over a decade now, but Boards of Canada was a great choice, Aphex Twin’s ambient stuff and also Sigur Ros.
I could see trying Seefeel, Eno’s ambient works, Popol Vuh, or maybe even Labradford working to an extent. 🤷🏻 I have no personal experience of this group for sleeping. |

02.20.23 | I was on tripping absolute balls on shrooms last week and tried to use sigur ros to fall asleep and it was a hilariously bad idea. Was listening to untitled and it was super pretty but it gets really epic and also has some crazy vocal panning and filter-effects and it would catch me off guard and I'd get hyper-aware of everything lololol. Goooood times |
