At around 3pm JST today (February 18th 2022), on the thread 「Most needed genre tags? 」created by user:Cygnatti, I saw that user:normaloctagon had posted a comment. I cannot remember what the comment was, although I definitely replied to it.

I reply to all user:normaloctagon's comments, or at least I strive to. I wish to be close to him, side-by-side, comment-by-comment. It is not healthy.

But I commented, only to find that you of all people had ninja'd me - lo, above my beautiful responsive spiel, were the two words: "djent" and- tbqh I cannot remember what the other word in your comment but it had the nuance of "wow we need this shit right now in our canonised genre lexis" -yes, that one.

I panicked. One whole comment away from normaloctagon! It was just too cruel. Barely seconds had passed since you had commented your comment. None of this was real. It had barely been refreshed upon. I gulped. The rest: history!
