90's Korn songs ranked

Ranking all the songs from korn's first 4 albums
50Korn
Follow the Leader

CAMELTOSIS
Just let's pretend this never happened ok? This crap is terrible in any way possible, from the bland music, the out of place rapping and the terrible lyrics.
49Korn
Life Is Peachy

LOW RIDER
Cute war cover but just a less than a minute interlude, still better of cameltosis
48Korn
Follow the Leader

CHILDREN OF THE KORN
Another piece of the infamous rap triad from FTL. While ice cube tries hard to make this song good there are too many flaws, from the bad drum machine to the childish lyrics.
47Korn
Follow the Leader

ALL IN THE FAMILY
While i genuinely despise Durst this is the most acceptable from the rap triad, at least it doesn't take itself seriously. It's basically Durst and Davis roasting eachother in a freestyle-like piece. Fun and mindless.
46Korn
Life Is Peachy

LOST
Above average track from Life is Peachy, fine song but somehow incomplete
45Korn
Korn

PREDICTABLE
The only track i often skip from the s/t. A mid tempo song that's just fine but compared to the rest of the album feels a bit like a filler
44Korn
Life Is Peachy

PORNO CREEP
Maybe the only instrumental by them, a funky porn score with the demented sound that marks this album
43Korn
Issues

COUNTING
Issues has the most consisten tracklist of the 90s korn albums so while this one it's pretty good it's overshadowed by the rest of the album
42Korn
Life Is Peachy

ASS ITCH
Many fans claims this is the worst off LIP because of the lyrics, which obviously aren't so deep but the riffs are pretty tight so i really enjoy it anyway
41Korn
Korn

HELMET IN THE BUSH
the experimental one from the debut. Differently from Children of the korn the drum machine fits the atmosphere of this industrial cryptic track.
40Korn
Issues

NO WAY
As i said before issues is truly solid so while this is almost at the bottom of it still delivers very good moments
39Korn
Issues

INTERLUDES FROM ISSUES
Often overlooked, the interludes sets the atmosphere of the albums contributing to it's deranged vibes. My favorites are Dead and am i going insane? but all of them are pretty memorable
38Korn
Life Is Peachy

KUNT
Maybe the raunchiest piece of music ever made
37Korn
Follow the Leader

JUSTIN
A nice tribute to a young fan died of cancer before the album was released
36Korn
Issues

WAKE UP
Very good alternation between soft verses and heavy chorus
35Korn
Korn

FAKE
Great bridge
34Korn
Korn

LIES
Slow and sludgy with Jon Davis delivering his deepest growls
33Korn
Life Is Peachy

SWALLOW
Catches you for the very first second
32Korn
Follow the Leader

PRETTY
The disturbing story of Davis witnessing a young girl's dead body violated and smashed when he worked at the morgue
31Korn
Life Is Peachy

NO PLACE TO HIDE
Some of Their best riffs, the guitar sound is terrific
30Korn
Life Is Peachy

WICKED
A superb cover with Chino Moreno rapping the verses and J.d. spitting the chorus
29Korn
Follow the Leader

RECLAIM MY PLACE
I could describe this song as a "what the fuck?!" solo. Love the beginning riff
28Korn
Korn

DIVINE
David's best performance, a groovy and direct aggressive track.
27Korn
Issues

MAKE ME BAD
I find this one their most overrated from the 90s. Still great song.
26Korn
Korn

NEED TO
Change of tempos, buzzing guitars, great balance between grop0vy drums and slapped bass. And that pissed off bridge nonetheless
25Korn
Follow the Leader

MY GIFT TO YOU
Rammsteinesque riffs, slow paced and utterly gloomy ending
24Korn
Issues

HEY DADDY
A slowed down distorted funky track about schizophrenia
23Korn
Life Is Peachy

MR. ROGERS
A sort of Daddy part 2. Almost jazzy riffs, atypical structure and an usettling atmosphere defines this track about J.D.'s pedophile ex neighbor
22Korn
Issues

LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED
Love the building from the atmospheric start to the pissed off chorus
21Korn
Issues

BEG FOR ME
The less dark song of the album with a positive message, the ending is terrific
20Korn
Issues

TRASH
Classic Rap instrumentation with whispered verses and good vocal building
19Korn
Follow the Leader

SEED
The most experimental song from FTL that matches distorted noises, psychedelic elements and traditional Korn grooves
18Korn
Follow the Leader

DEAD BODIES EVERYWHERE
A creepy lullaby leads to one of their most memorable songs ever
17Korn
Korn

CLOWN
Sublime guitar sound in this slow paced anti-bullying song
16Korn
Issues

DIRTY
one of their most underrated and intense songs, the lyrics about an abuse victimsuicidal thoughts perfectly fits the gloomy atmosphere
15Korn
Follow the Leader

IT'S ON
The best way possible to start this album
14Korn
Life Is Peachy

GOOD GOD
Sure their heaviest track, JD tears out his vocal chords in the bridge
13Korn
Korn

FAGET
Another anti-bullying song, i think we can all agree that "you can suck my dick and fucking like it" it's the pure representation of what Korn were in the 90s.
12Korn
Follow the Leader

B.B.K.
The scat part is maybe my favorite in Korn's catalogue
11Korn
Life Is Peachy

TWIST/CHI
The album opens with a 50 seconds of Scat and distorted instrumentation leading to Chi, dedicated to Deftones ex bassist, perfectly depicting addiction and inner void.
10Korn
Life Is Peachy

KILL YOU
Another dark closer about JD's abusive step mother and the visions he had about her. The final part is pretty intense.
9Korn
Issues

SOMEBODY SOMEONE
While Head and Munky sure aren't great technical guitarists they created an iconic sound, this song displays some of the best production the band has ever made. Plus the changes of tempo works perfectly
8Korn
Korn

BALL TONGUE
their most pissed off track ever. Fieldy's slapped bass and David's groovy drumming always works great. Legend says that Head and Davis were on meth while recording the choruses, it could explain a pair of things. Does anyone else think that the main riffs soun similar to Morbid Angel's angel of disease?
7Korn
Life Is Peachy

A.D.I.D.A.S.
best product placement ever. Imagine to sponsor your product with a song about a creep that likes to masturbate everywhere. That bridge is dope too.
6Korn
Korn

SHOOTS AND LADDERS
While this song is basically nursery rhymes gone metal it has some of the best atmospheres in all Korn's catalogue. The bagpipes intro, the morbid verses and that terrific build up makes it one of my favorites ever
5Korn
Korn

BLIND
The one that started it all, the primus inspired intro leads to a brand new genre that defined the 90s
4Korn
Follow the Leader

FREAK ON A LEASH
their most popular song has almost everything the band is loved for: catchy chorused, the iconic douvle guitar sound, angsty lyrics, an awesome scat section and a terrific build up.
3Korn
Issues

FALLING AWAY FROM ME
Lyrically speaking issues is their most mature work along with the nothing.
This song treats the subject of domestic violence with remarkable lyrics and great atmosphere.
2Korn
Follow the Leader

GOT THE LIFE
The quintessential Nu metal song (the good side of nu metal).
Catchy, iconic and memorable
1Korn
Korn

DADDY
Sure Korn's most intense, visceral and disturbing work. From the A Cappella intro to the devastating ending, this song sends shivers down your spine.
