I'm an escapist spirit, I just tried to give my best advice from my previous experiences :| When I feel depressed I quite often find myself loading an old save from a good ol' game, just to relax (and a couple of beers, ofc), but yeah - you have to be careful about gaming time. Otherwise, workout is a nice thing to start when battling against the gray filter + it gives a certain "self-confidience". You don't have to do it very seriously, but a basic workout-routine can also help a lot.
