What's your favorite lesser used instrument?

As in not like voice, guitar, bass guitar, piano, drum set, synthesizer, organ, violin, viola, cello, double bass, trumpet, trombone, french horn, tuba, flute, piccolo, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, saxophone, xylophone, marimba, vibraphone, timpani, harp, chimes, harmonica, or pretty much any standard rock, blues, jazz, or orchestral instrument.
1The Moody Blues
Days of Future Passed

Mellotron makes any 60s psych album sound even better.
2The Beatles
Revolver

Sitar makes any 60s psych album sound even better. [2]
3Tom Waits
Rain Dogs

Accordion is super underrated.
4Beck
Mutations

Cuíca makes Beck's "Tropicalia" sound awesome. It's in other stuff I listen to, but I can't think of what else right now lol.
5Foetus
Thaw

Tabla is pretty much always paired with Sitar, so yeah.
