Spent my spring break travelling northern California with an old friend of mine. I fell in love with San Francisco and really the entire bay area... there's just something unreal about the energy and life there. I can hardly describe it. List is alt pop and rock stuff and also what I listened to while I was away
We stayed in a big ten person house in the Sunset District where you could see the ocean from the balcony. One of the dudes who lived there said he was a good friend of Jay Som. Not sure if I believe him or not though
I saw the house Harvey Milk used to live in, right in the middle of the Castro. He's one of my personal heroes and it was surreal seeing the place he used to call his home, like I was standing in the middle of my own history.
4.0/5. I think it didn't resonate as much with me just based on the generational gap but I still really admired it all the same. Definitely going to keep listening in the next few weeks
Was born and kinda/sorta raised in SF. I live in the valley now but SF is def one of my favorite cities in Cali. They also got the best baseball team in MLB
