SitarHero 02.06.17	Option 1: Record all your random noodling. Then listen to them and isolate the parts you like and practice improving them. Then stitch those parts together. Option 2: Write riffs into GuitarPro/PowerTab or a DAW using a synth keyboard map. Then learn how to play those riffs after the fact. I've used both those methods and they work. I've written riffs I wasn't able to play until I'd spent hours practicing them. I also have songs that are composed of riffs I've written ten years apart, no joke. Don't worry about the flow of songs so much. Your songwriting will improve as you keep working on it. But if you don't work on it and record/practice what you do you'll never improve.
